Group Honey Harvest Experience (Ages 4+):

Step into a beekeeper’s suit and join our open group honey harvest session — book individual places for adults and kids (4+). You’re welcome to come as a family, or as a mixed group with your friends, grandparents, cousins, neighbours, etc. Looking for a experience just for your family? Message us to arrange a private session.

Fully suited up in protective beekeeping suits and gloves, participants will learn who lives in the hive, watch the bees at work, and help harvest honey safely. Afterwards, you’ll get to touch and taste honeycomb and fresh honey straight from our Windy Acres Farm bees.

Details

• 4+ (limited spaces) — children can attend with or without a parent.

• Suits + gloves provided (and must be worn. Please choose a size up when you book your ticket).

• Facilitated by Alicia Vohland (Early Childhood teacher with current Blue Card), apiarist and owner of Windy Acres.

• A digital photo of each participant with the bees will be emailed after the session.

• Spectators are welcome to watch from our covered area.
