🪻Smudge Stick Workshop & Sound Healing Experience

Gift yourself or someone you love with a beautiful mindful afternoon enjoying the outdoors and resetting. The perfect ‘spring cleanse’
💜 4.00 pm- 5.30pm we’ll start with a lavender tea and explore the natural materials used for smudge sticks and the purpose of smudge sticks. Making your own crystal bound smudge stick.
💜 then at 5.30 pm you can continue to relax, unwind and ‘be’ amongst nature as you enjoy a beautiful sound healing and meditation session, with Jess from Embrace Wellness. Jess will use a variety of sound bowls to create the ultimate relaxation and healing.
💜 As the sun sets it can get a little chilly, make sure you bring a jacket for after.
💜 you’re welcome to bring a picnic rug lay down on the grass and a yoga mat.
Ticket price is for one person. You can choose to do one or both sessions.
Suitable for ages 10+
