This beekeeping basics half-day includes both theory and hands-on experiences with beekeeping equipment (non-handling of live bees), and a bound book of notes to take home with you. PLUS you’ll get a free membership to our Windy Acres Bee Buddies Group for ongoing support and advice.
This course is suitable for:
New beekeepers with no experience,
Novice beekeepers wanting a little extra info to get their hive thriving,
Families wanting to start a new hobby,
or for those who just love bees and learning!
Catered lunch included (add dietary requirements at checkout).

Note - no bee suit is required for this course as there is no handling of live bees.
